How to Apply for Punjab Public Service Commission Jobs in 2023:
- Please ensure to review the General Instructions related to the Application Fee, Written Test, and Interview on the official PPSC website at www.ppsc.gop.pk before proceeding with your online application.
- Employees working in Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies of the Federal or Provincial
- Government, as well as those in Local Bodies, are not eligible for age concessions based on their service period in these organizations.
- If a candidate claims that their qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, they must provide an equivalence certificate for their foreign or local qualification, issued by the Competent Authority of HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the concerned Administrative Department. This equivalence certificate is crucial and must be presented during the interview or when requested by the Commission. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the candidate’s candidature.
- In cases where a candidate claims experience in a private firm or entity, proof of the firm/entity’s registration with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority must be provided at the time of the interview.
- Candidates must ensure that, after applying for a specific position advertised by PPSC, they promptly apply for the Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC in their relevant department(s) and furnish this certificate at the time of the interview if called.
- Immediately after applying for a specific post, candidates should ensure they have obtained or applied for registration in PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or the appropriate body for a Registration Certificate on or before the Closing Date and provide this certificate during the interview if called.
- Candidates should also ensure that they can provide certificates indicating the marks obtained, total marks, or percentages for all their degrees, as issued by the Competent Authority, during the interview.
- Please note that CGPA is not acceptable. Any information not available on the official PPSC website should not be considered authentic, so candidates should rely solely on information provided by the Commission.
- It’s important to be aware that Shorthand Tests and Typing & Proficiency Tests if required, will be conducted exclusively in Lahore.
